Hello,
Development of Patch MSL FL26 v27.1.0 for the 2027 Season is currently underway.
This update focuses on preparing content for the 2026–2027 season, including the Liga Malaysia Database, Player and Manager Facepacks, Transfers, Team Kits, Master League content, visual elements, and various technical improvements.
Below is an overview of the major content and features currently planned for v27.1.0.
LIGA MALAYSIA FACEPACK
The Liga Malaysia Facepack is one of the key components receiving updates for the new season.
A number of players will receive new Facepacks or updates to their existing Facepacks to better reflect their current appearance and their respective squads for the 2026–2027 season.

Ruventhiran, Firdaus Irman, Aroon Kumar, Luqman Hakim, Abdul Rahman Daud, Park Yi-young, Faith Obilor, Stefano Brundo, Murodbek Bobojonov, Kike Lopez, Park Jung-bin, Azfar Fikri, Mior Dani, Aiman Yusni, Ramon Machado, P. Makrillos, Elvis Kamsoba, Haziq Kutty Abba, Faiz Mazlan, Ngweni Ndasi, Pape Diakite and Matheusinho.
Additional Liga Malaysia Facepacks are also currently under development and may be added to v27.1.0 depending on their completion status during the development period.
LIGA MALAYSIA MANAGER FACEPACK
The new season will also introduce additional Manager Facepacks for Liga Malaysia.

These Manager Facepacks will be used in Master League to replace the relevant generic manager representations and, where applicable, will be assigned to their respective Liga Malaysia clubs.
LIGA MALAYSIA — MASTER LEAGUE
Several Liga Malaysia-specific elements are currently being developed to enhance the Master League experience.
Custom Liga Malaysia Backboard
A new Custom Liga Malaysia Backboard will be introduced for relevant Liga Malaysia competitions.
This will replace the generic presentation with Liga Malaysia-specific visuals for matches involving the respective competition.
Liga Malaysia Player of the Match (POTM)
A dedicated Liga Malaysia Player of the Match (POTM) presentation is also planned.
This addition will allow player awards to be presented using Liga Malaysia-specific visual branding rather than relying entirely on generic presentation elements.
Liga Super Entrance
A new Liga Super Entrance will be introduced, featuring elements adapted from eFootball 2026.
The entrance will be used during the pre-match presentation for Liga Super fixtures, providing a more dedicated visual identity for the competition.
TEAM KITS 2026–2027
The new season update will also include updated Team Kits for the 2026–2027 season.
Liga Malaysia
The latest Liga Malaysia team kits will be updated based on the kits used for the new season.
Most Liga Malaysia team kits will be updated for the 2026–2027 season. Some kits may remain pending depending on their official release and availability, and will be added progressively through subsequent updates.
Updates will include home kits and other relevant kit variations, depending on the available content for each team.
European Leagues
Updated Team Kits for teams participating in the European Leagues will also be implemented based on the 2026–2027 season.
LIGA MALAYSIA DATABASE
The Liga Malaysia Database will receive comprehensive updates to reflect the 2026–2027 season structure.
The update will include:
• League structure
• Participating teams
• Team information
• Competition configuration
• Promoted and relegated teams
• Squad information
• Database adjustments for the new season
Competition configurations will be adjusted according to the latest Liga Malaysia structure to ensure that the beginning of Season 2027 more accurately reflects the current competition setup.
LIGA MALAYSIA TRANSFERS
The latest Liga Malaysia Transfers will be incorporated into the new season Database.
Updates will include:
• Players joining new clubs
• Players leaving clubs
• Squad changes
• Team composition adjustments
• Other relevant transfer activity
The primary objective is to ensure that squad compositions at the beginning of the season are as close as possible to the real 2026–2027 season.
EUROPEAN LEAGUES TRANSFERS
The same process will also be applied to teams participating in the European Leagues.
Transfers and squad changes will be reviewed and updated based on the latest available information for the new European season.
CHAMPION SLEEVE BADGE
A new Champion Sleeve Badge will be added for relevant competitions.
The badge will be applied to the kits of teams holding champion status, representing the title won during the previous season.
MSL THEME
A new MSL Theme will be introduced for Season 2027.
This update will provide Patch MSL with a refreshed visual identity, including changes to selected interface elements to better align with the new season.
ADDITIONAL UPDATES
In addition to the major content listed above, various changes and improvements will be implemented throughout the development process.
Expected improvements may include:
• New season Database adjustments
• Visual fixes
• Content updates
• Fixes for identified issues
• Team Kit adjustments
• Squad and team information corrections
• Technical adjustments
• System and presentation improvements
• Additional changes based on the development process
Some minor changes may not be individually listed in this announcement and will be detailed in the official Changelog once the update has been finalized.
EARLY ACCESS
Early Access for Season 2027 will be provided to customers who purchase or renew their Season 2027 access before 15 August 2026.
Customers who purchase or renew before this date will receive Early Access to v27.1.0 starting from 21 August 2026.
Customers who purchase or renew on or after 15 August 2026 will still receive full access to Season 2027 and v27.1.0. However, download access will be provided from the Official Release.
Early Access will provide eligible customers with access to v27.1.0 several days before the Official Release.
This difference only affects the access period and does not affect the content included with the Season 2027 release.

Early Access for eligible customers is scheduled to begin on 21 August 2026.
The Official Release of v27.1.0 is currently targeted for the end of August 2026. The exact release date will be announced once development has reached a stable stage and the update is ready for public distribution.
The content and release schedule outlined in this announcement represent the current development plan and are subject to change depending on development progress, testing, content completion, and overall stability. Further information regarding Season 2027 will be shared as development progresses.
